   Organic Guatemala
Displays rich acidity; often with floral, fruit, or spice nuance, medium to full body and complex, understated authority.
   Columbian Balanced in flavor, richly acidy, authoritative, and relatively full bodied
   Costa Rican Big, clean, with bright to rich acidity and full body.
Softer Classic Coffees - Solid, unobtrusive base that contributes body and acidity. When brought to a darker roast they often confer a satisfying sweetness and pleasing chocolate notes.
   Brazil Mild, sweet, and medium bodied, with delicate acidity. Makes a smooth almost sweet dark roast coffee
   Nicaragua Restrained acidity, richly low-key, with round, full, bouillon like body and a variety of fruit tones.
