Ultimate Dark |
Ultimate Dark or Dirty Dirt is our darkest blend of Central and South American beans. We roast the beans extremely dark without turning them into charcoal and having a controlled roaster fire. If you like that strong, almost burnt taste or enjoy a powerful coffee with your cream, this is the roast for you. |

| Dirt |
This a very dark blend of Central and South American beans, but are roasted slightly lighter than Dirty Dirt. It will still have some bittersweet notes, along with a smoky yet satisfying taste. |

| Cowboy |
This blend is roasted to the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. The blend is full bodied and bold for those who like the perfect dark roast coffee. For an extra punch, put some of the grounds in your cup to give you that “Authentic Cowboy Experience” …nothing like have grounds stuck in your teeth to show the world you’re a real coffee drinker. |

| Kiss a Pig |

This is the lightest blend for those who prefer a smooth and slightly lighter coffee to the northwest norm. It’s a great coffee for relaxing and watching the rain come down (or the sun, since rain is a scarce commodity these days). |
